This is one of my absolute favorite songs by Mumford & Sons, and it just fits Amy and the Doctor's post-Manhattan relationship. They aren't able to see each other of course, but together they'll always be the raggedy doctor and the girl who waited. Time, space, and potential paradoxes don't change that.
